3.2 Availabiliy and delivery
VONLOVI jewelry is produced exclusively in limited quantities by our workshops. Therefore, it is possible that the item you wish to purchase is not in stock, even though the ‘Add to Cart’ button is displayed on the Website. In this case, you will be notified and the item will be specially made upon request by our workshops.
Please note that shipping times may vary from a few days (if the product is in stock) to 6 weeks depending on the period and complexity of the requested items.
If you request a change in size or reference after your initial order has been validated and paid for, the delivery date indicated during your purchase and in your account will no longer be valid. The customer service team will need to re-evaluate the delivery date once your new request for a change has been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery on the date associated with the initial jewelry selection, as changes to the reference or size may cause a delay in the usual manufacturing and delivery process.
The delivery time for in-stock products is 3 to 5 business days.
If, despite our efforts, a product cannot be delivered, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and/or phone, and your order will be canceled. Please note that this cancellation will not entitle you to any compensation other than a refund of your order.
Deliveries are sent to France Métropolitaine, to Corse, to all the countries of the European Union, to Switzerland, to the United Kingdom and to the United States.

As the orders are shipped from France, no customs duty applies for deliveries within the European community.

In the event of product delivery outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for customs taxes and formalities, unless otherwise specified.
The Customer agrees to verify the importation possibilities of the ordered products in relation to the delivery country’s territory.
4.1 Payment Options
You can pay by credit card (Carte Bleue/Visa/Mastercard/American Express), PayPal, or Apple Pay. Please ensure that you have 3D Secure enabled on your credit card, as required by your bank.
The payment details (address, amount, payee…) are provided on the order confirmation pages and must be strictly adhered to for the order to be processed.
Payment by check or money order is not accepted.

For security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse payments and cancel orders.
We cannot be held responsible if the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery outside the European Union.
We are committed to providing all the care customary in the profession for the implementation of the service offered to the customer. However, we cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet our contractual obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence.
In addition, if there are minor differences between the presentation photos, texts, and illustrations on our website and the ordered items, we will not be held responsible.
We use all available means to provide the services described in these general terms and conditions of sale. We are responsible for any direct and foreseeable damage at the time of using the website or concluding the sales contract between us and you. However, this compensation cannot exceed the amount of the purchase in question.
We are not liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other indirect or unforeseeable damages that may arise from the use of the website or the conclusion of the sales contract between us and you.
The delivered goods will remain our property until you physically take possession of the product and pay the price.
VONLOVI’s top priority is to ensure your satisfaction. You have an unconditional right of withdrawal within (14) fourteen calendar days after receiving your order without the need to justify it, except for jewelry that has been personalized at your request in accordance with the provisions of point 3 of Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (for example, in case of engraving, resizing or embossing).
Please note that delivered products must not be used. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel the sales contract, VONLOVI will refund the amount spent, except for the shipping costs of the ordered items, which remain your responsibility, provided that the products have not been worn or damaged and are returned in their original VONLOVI packaging. The refund will be processed within one month upon receipt of your return.

The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
The return fees remain at your expense.
Upon receipt of your shipment, we will promptly refund your entire order, excluding any shipping fees. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the credit card used to pay the original invoice. 1. Legal Guarantee
Article L211-4 of the French Consumer Code:
The seller is obligated to deliver a product that complies with the contract and is liable for any non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery.
He is also responsible for non-compliance defects resulting from packaging, assembly guidelines, or installation when it was his responsibility under the contract or was carried out under his responsibility.

In accordance with these regulations, VONLOVI commits to providing a full legal guarantee that covers manufacturing defects. The warranty policy is available at any time in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS section on www.vonlovi.com. The warranty only covers damages that, in VONLOVI’s opinion, are not caused by an accident or improper use, normal wear and tear, alteration, attempted repair or negligence on the part of VONLOVI.
Any article under warranty that is found to be defective can either be :
1. be replaced with an identical item, subject to availability,
2. be repaired based on the degree of damage to the warranted product and the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.
However, VONLOVI may not proceed according to your choice if it results in a cost that is clearly disproportionate to the other option, considering the value of the product or the significance of the defect. The other option will then apply.
This warranty service is provided free of charge.
The defective item must be shipped at your expense to VONLOVI headquarters. The parcel must be registered and insured. VONLOVI is not responsible for any damages, losses, or theft during transportation.
If repairing or replacing the product is impossible or requires a delay of more than one month from the date of your claim, you may return the product and we will issue a refund.
However, the sale cannot be rescinded if the non-conformity is minor.

1. What is not covered by the warranty?
This warranty does not cover damages to VONLOVI branded products caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, modifications, attempted repairs, negligence after purchase, or normal wear and tear.
2. Upon whom does the warranty apply?
This warranty applies to the initial purchaser of the VONLOVI branded product and subsequent owners of the product during the warranty period. The VONLOVI invoice serves as proof of purchase for the product. Owners of the product should keep this invoice or certificate of authenticity in case they need to make a claim under this warranty.
3. What is the duration of the warranty?
The warranty for the gold collection lasts for one (1) year from the date of the initial purchase.
4. How do I file a warranty claim?

5. What happens once the VONLOVI repair service receives the product?
Entitlement to this warranty is determined upon receipt and examination of the product. If it is determined that there is a defect in material or manufacturing, the repair specialist will define replacement, substitution, or repair options based on (1) the availability of spare parts/the product and (2) the possibility of executing the repair. If it is determined that the damage is not a defect in material or manufacturing, the After-Sales Repair Policy will apply, giving you the option to have your product repaired by VONLOVI at your expense.
