DELIVERY AND RETURNS

1. DELIVERY AREA

VONLOVI delivers to the following countries: Metropolitan France (including Corsica), all European Union countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

2. DELIVERY TIME AND FEES

Orders placed on the website will be delivered within an estimated timeframe of one to five business days from the order confirmation, once the jewelry is available. They are prepared by dedicated VONLOVI teams within one to two business days and picked up by the carrier on the day of preparation or the following day.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of its dispatch. You can track the delivery of your order using the tracking number provided by email. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice informing you of the procedures and deadlines for picking up the package.

3. PAYMENT

Payment for orders must be made exclusively on the website using a Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card or via Paypal. Payment for the order is made using the secure 3D Secure payment tool. All payment-related data are encrypted and secured using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are not stored in our computer systems.

4. RETURNS

You may return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Terms and Conditions

To ensure the best processing of your return, VONLOVI kindly requests that you adhere to the following return conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and intact, and in their original packaging.

VONLOVI reserves the right to refuse products that do not meet these return conditions and, if necessary, return them to the customer.

How to proceed ?

To ensure the best possible return process for your order, VONLOVI kindly requests that you follow the procedure outlined below:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@vonlovi.com and provide your order number and the relevant product details.

2. You will receive an email from our customer service confirming the return.

3. Place the complete products, with their tags still attached and intact, in their original packaging, with the completed return form.

4. Please return your package to the following address: TEMIS LUXURY France – VONLOVI Service Retours, 31 rue Blaise Pascal, 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois. The return package must be handed over to a carrier of your choice or at a post office within 14 days from the date of return authorization.

5. Our Quality Department will verify that your return meets the acceptance criteria upon receipt. If applicable, we will refund the price of your products within one month of receiving your return at our warehouse.

Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
